A brand new, purpose-built luxury care home in Havant is looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to open its doors, fill its beds, build its team, and set the standard from day one, when it opens later this year.
The Nursing Home covers Nursing, Dementia, Residential and Respite Care medium to large in size, modern in design, and backed by a strong support team from head office. And while the Home is luxury, this is a provider that knows care always comes first. That's reflected in their exceptionally high staff retention and the resident reviews that back it up.
This is for you if:
- You have 2+ years experience as a Home Manager or in a similar senior role
- You're NMC Qualified
- You understand the commercial side: budgets, occupancy, private market sales and marketing
