We're looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) with Senior Experience to join an elderly and dementia Nursing Home in the Horsham area. The RoleYou’ll divide your time between hands-on clinical leadership and management responsibilities. You’ll guide, mentor and support the nursing team, ensuring high standards, compliance and a caring, person-centred culture.
