Clinical Lead Nurse Nursing Home - Chesham £26 per hour | Full-time (42 hrs/week) | 12-hour day shifts | Alternate weekends | Paid breaks

This is a MUST-HAVE: you need previous Senior Nurse / clinical leadership experience (senior on shift, leading a team, audits/care plans, oversight).

  • 1 supernumerary day per week to focus on clinical oversight, audits and care plans
  • The rest of your shifts on the floor as a nurse, leading by example and supporting the team
  • Be the senior clinical point of support on shift
  • Medication rounds, documentation and care planning
  • Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
  • Active NMC PIN (RGN)
  • Minimum 2 years Senior Nurse / Nurse-in-Charge / shift-lead experience
