We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) for our welcoming, highly regarded Nursing Home in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
This is a MUST-HAVE: you need previous Senior Nurse / clinical leadership experience (senior on shift, leading a team, audits/care plans, oversight).
- 1 supernumerary day per week to focus on clinical oversight, audits and care plans
- The rest of your shifts on the floor as a nurse, leading by example and supporting the team
- Be the senior clinical point of support on shift
- Medication rounds, documentation and care planning
- Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
Active NMC PIN (RGN)
