What if your next nursing role was in a 9.9-rated home where your leadership is actually valued and you still get to be hands-on with residents? We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) for our welcoming, highly regarded Nursing Home in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

This is a MUST-HAVE: you need previous Senior Nurse / clinical leadership experience (senior on shift, leading a team, audits/care plans, oversight).

Be the senior clinical point of support on shift:

  • Medication rounds, documentation and care planning
  • Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
  • Mentor and support junior staff

What you’ll need:

  • Active NMC PIN (RGN)
  • Minimum 2 years Senior Nurse / Nurse-in-Charge / shift-lead experience
