- You have 3 or more years of experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager and you are ready to take full ownership of a home.
- You hold an NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, or hold an NMC PIN.
- You are a natural leader someone who builds trust, earns respect and creates an environment where staff feel genuinely proud of where they work.
- You know how to balance compassion with compliance, and you never lose sight of either.
