MediCare Pharmacy Group is launching Northern Ireland’s first large-scale Central Dispensing Hub using innovative automated dispensing technology to support patients and pharmacy teams across our network. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting, forward-thinking project at the very beginning and play a key role in transforming how pharmacy services are delivered to local communities.

As Hub Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of our new central dispensing operation, helping to lead a high-performing team in a modern, technology-driven environment. Working alongside pharmacists, technicians and operational teams, you will help ensure safe, accurate and efficient dispensing processes while supporting the rollout of cutting-edge automation systems.

We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and passionate about delivering high standards and has previous supervisory or team leader experience in production, logistics or warehouse operations. Previous pharmacy, warehouse, healthcare or supervisory experience would be advantageous, however attitude, leadership potential and willingness to learn are equally important.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in production, logistics or warehouse operations
  • Strong communication, organisational and people co-ordination skills
  • Experience overseeing KPI's, throughput and workflow efficiency
  • Ability to oversee multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong understanding of SOP adherence and quality processes
  • Pharmacy, logistics or regulated production experience preferred
  • Right to Work in UK
