Under the direction of the Retail Manager/Area Manager, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operation of the Pharmacy Retail area to maximise retail turnover. The ideal candidate will possess the required skills and experience of a sales-driven and customer-focused team leader, consistently delivering excellent customer service while motivating and inspiring the team to reach their full potential.
It is essential candidates meet the following criteria:
- GCSE Maths and English Grades A-C or equivalent exam
- IT Literate
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment
- Customer focused
Hours: 40 hours (Monday - Saturday, based on the rota). Flexibility will be required to work evenings and weekends.
