Medicare EMS is welcoming applications for full-time Newly Qualified Paramedics to work on our frontline contracts supporting the NHS Ambulance Services. We have a Newly Qualified Paramedic programme aligned with the national framework. Your experience and support working with Medicare will be equivalent to working for an NHS Ambulance Service.
As part of our frontline team, you will respond to all categories of 999 calls on behalf of the NHS. We utilize the latest equipment and technology to enable you to provide the best possible care to patients.
You may choose to work consistently with the same crewmate or rotate through the team. Our contracts have their own rota, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Established in 2003, Medicare has become one of the leading private ambulance providers in the UK. We offer exciting opportunities for pre-hospital clinicians to transition into the private sector while remaining part of a frontline team.
In addition to frontline shifts, there are opportunities to work on event contracts at iconic venues such as Wembley Stadium, The O2 Arena, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Chelsea Football Club, Wembley Arena, Windsor Racecourse, Lingfield Racecourse, Newmarket Racecourse, Epsom Racecourse, Goodwood Racecourse, and others.
Our Academy provides opportunities for further education and career development or progression into educational roles.
You will join a team of full-time and self-employed pre-hospital clinicians, delivering over 20 emergency vehicles into the NHS daily. Our executive team comprises practicing paramedics with NHS backgrounds who lead the company forward.
