Medical Update Online is recruiting a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker for a 6-bed EBD home in Wombourne. You will lead a small team, safeguard, and deliver high-quality care to four youths aged 13–17 within a therapeutic PACE-based environment.
The package includes pay from £15.75–£16.75 per hour with sleep-ins (£66.55 per sleep-in), an annual package around £35k–£38k, enhanced overtime, a Christmas bonus, private healthcare and funded Level 5 leadership training.
