Wilderness Way is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help children in our homes. You’ll build trusting relationships, provide a safe, nurturing environment and support education, health and wellbeing.
The role may lead to Senior Residential Support Worker based on experience and qualifications. We welcome candidates with a passion for helping children, a positive, resilient attitude, and a willingness to work toward a Level 3 qualification.
