Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our children s home team. The role involves supporting children s daily routines, promoting their wellbeing, and creating a safe and positive environment.
Duties
Support children in line with their care plans
Assist with daily activities, learning, and social development
Support emotional and behavioural needs
Work with families and professionals involved in the child s care
Drive children to school, appointments, or activities when required
Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
Requirements
Experience working with children or in care settings preferred
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and organisational skills
Compassionate and supportive approach
