Golders Green is a vibrant and well-connected area of North London, offering a great mix of shops, restaurants, green spaces and excellent transport links, making it a fantastic place to live and work.
Previous experience within an opticians is essential.
The Role
You ll play an important part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer, with responsibilities including:
- Meeting and greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
- Providing a smooth and friendly handover to the Optometrist
- Dispensing glasses and assisting with frame and lens choices
- Carrying out frame repairs, adjustments and lens changes
- Supporting the team with general administration duties
