Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a permanent day position within a well-established nursing home?
We are recruiting for an RGN or RMN to join a friendly and supportive care team in Olney, Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate nurse who takes pride in delivering excellent standards of elderly care.
The Role
As Registered Nurse, you will play an important part in ensuring residents receive safe, personalised and high-quality nursing care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and overseeing person-centred nursing care
- Medication administration and management
- Completing and updating care plans and clinical documentation
- Monitoring residents' health and responding to any changes
- Supporting and guiding care staff on shift
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion
- Supporting the wider management and clinical team in maintaining high standards throughout the home
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification, RGN or RMN
- Valid NMC PIN
- A genuine passion for elderly care
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A positive and compassionate approach to residents and their families
