Medical Update Online is seeking an experienced Registered Children's Manager for a 3-bed EBD children's home in the LE67 area. You will have overall responsibility for day-to-day management, ensuring Ofsted compliance, safeguarding and high-quality, individualised care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
You will lead and develop a supportive staff team, manage budgets and resources, and prepare for inspections.
