Medical Update Online in Havant is seeking a Case Worker to handle telephone and online safeguarding referrals within the Adults' Multi Agency Saf safeguarding Hub. You will work with a supportive team of practitioners to respond compassionately to concerns under the Care Act 2014.
You will triage referrals, complete Section 42 enquiries, signpost to relevant teams, and prepare concise reports while meeting performance targets. After induction, you may work from home up to 3 days weekly.
