Affinity Staff is seeking experienced and proactive Senior Healthcare Assistants (Senior HCAs) to lead care shifts and support high clinical standards at a top-tier care facility in Braintree, Essex.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising care teams on shift to maintain exceptional quality of care.
- Administering medication accurately in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards.
- Updating care plans, conducting risk assessments, and logging incident reports.
- Liaising with visiting healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary teams, and family members.
- Responding promptly to emergency situations and escalating clinical concerns appropriately.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a UK care setting, with proven supervisory experience.
- Certificate in Safe Administration of Medication.
- Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willing to process one).
- Full Right to Work in the UK.
