Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour

We are looking for exceptional Support Workers in Doncaster and Retford to join the Newcross team in South Yorkshire. You will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your care, commitment and compassion truly make a difference.

What you ll do:
As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.
What you need:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years
- Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) not required in England
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
