Medical Update Online is seeking a Charge Nurse for Cotswold Spa. Motivating, supporting and managing your team of nurses, you will ensure the day-to-day running of the department is smooth and positive.
The ideal candidate will be an RMN or RNLD with experience, and will demonstrate strong listening, team awareness and a patient-centred approach to service users. You will lead by example and uphold high standards of care.
