Take ownership of a portfolio of community care packages as a Care Manager, overseeing quality, client relationships, care teams and the effective day-to-day delivery of services across South East London.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Coordinator, Client Manager or Package Manager looking to step into a broader Care Manager position with responsibility for both service quality and commercial performance.

The Role

As Care Manager, you will manage a portfolio of care packages, ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred and high-quality care while maintaining strong relationships with families, care teams and internal stakeholders.

You will:

  • Take ownership of a caseload of community care packages
  • Complete regular client reviews and monitor service quality
  • Manage and support remote care teams
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families and care workers
  • Ensure safeguarding, compliance and quality standards are maintained
  • Monitor staffing levels and support effective rota management
  • Contribute to financial KPIs, forecasting and budget delivery
  • Support the growth and development of existing care packages
  • Maintain accurate records and service documentation
  • Participate in an on-call rota

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager or senior care professional with:

  • Experience within domiciliary care, complex care, community care or supported living
  • Previous responsibility for care packages, clients or care teams
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience managing remote staff
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and quality standards
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of service delivery KPIs
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Experience as a Senior Care Coordinator, Client Manager, Package Manager, Field Care Supervisor or Service Manager would all be highly relevant.
