You’ll complete a 6-month hands-on training programme, combining virtual learning with in-person experience in the London office (1–2 days per week).
You’ll gain exposure across scientific services and client services, exploring the latest technology including AI, and building a unique mix of skills that truly sets you apart. By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to step into a permanent role with them in client services or scientific services, confident, capable, and career ready.
What you’ll learn:
- Scientific services: medical writing fundamentals, content development, and how new technology and AI are shaping modern medical communications
- Client services: managing client accounts, organising timelines, preparing call agendas and status reports, building strong client relationships, and supporting budgets, resourcing, and project planning
