A leading healthcare advertising agency is looking for an Associate Director to join their London team and help lead strategic oncology work for global pharmaceutical clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong AOR experience who enjoys building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating ambitious client goals into clear, impactful campaigns.
You will work closely with clients while guiding internal teams to deliver creative, scientifically grounded work that drives real impact. Candidates will need a background in healthcare advertising or a blend of advertising and medical education, along with strong oncology experience, ideally across breast, lung or prostate brands.
The agency offers a genuinely collaborative culture, hybrid working (2–3 days in London), and the opportunity to work abroad for up to six weeks each year across their global offices.
