We’re looking for a Lead Strategy Director — an experienced brand planner and communications strategist — to join the senior management team of an independent, global creative healthcare communications agency. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead strategic thinking across the portfolio of clients while helping shape the agency’s growth and direction.
The role:
✳️ Lead brand planning for key pharmaceutical clients, from positioning to activation.
✳️ Drive strategic engagement, partnering with senior client stakeholders to shape and challenge their thinking.
✳️ Translate complex science into clear, compelling brand stories that inspire action.
✳️ Collaborate with account, creative, and scientific teams to deliver strategies that are insightful, credible, and commercially sound.
