This is a rare opportunity to join a people-first, independent MedComms agency as a Scientific Project Lead/Account Director.
What you\’ll do:
🌟 Lead accounts and projects, ensuring quality delivery on time and on budget.
🌟 Act as trusted client partner, offering strategic guidance across pubs and med affairs accounts.
🌟 Manage resources, timelines, and finance.
🌟 Support and mentor junior team members.
🌟 Have an eye for organic growth opportunities.
This is a newly created vacancy working on well-established and varied accounts, across medical affairs, and publications (or all pubs, if you prefer!)
Salary £62k-£75k, plus the highest bonuses paid in the industry.
100% remote, or hybrid with offices in NW and Oxon.
To apply you will need to have at least 4 years\’ experience of working in the Healthcare Communications industry in an agency setting, have a bachelors degree, and be based in the UK with no requirement for a visa.
