Practice Nurse Opportunity – 21 Hours Per Week We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our supportive and well-established team. The Role: * 21 hours per week – £21 per hour. * Essential skills: Travel immunisations, baby immunisations, cervical smears, and chronic disease management. * Flexible on days but ideally Wednesdays & Fridays needed. * Flexible working hours available. * Baby clinic on Wednesdays, mixed clinics on other days. About the Practice: * 10,000 patients. * Single-site practice. * CQC rated ‘Good’ (last full inspection in 2016, follow-up call in 2019). * Consistently high QOF achievers. * Uses SystmOne. The Team: * 5 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs. * 1 Lead Nurse (NP), 1 PN specialising in Diabetes. * 1 Assistant Practitioner, 1 GP Assistant, 1 Trainee Associate. * 2 Paramedics handling home visits. * Pharmacists, Social Prescriber, Dietitian. * Dedicated Mental Health Nurse. * One GP Partner also serves as the Clinical Partner for the PCN.
