Newly Qualified GP – Locum (With a View to Extend) – Full-Time We are recruiting for a Newly Qualified GP to join a well-established and forward-thinking GP surgery on a full-time locum basis, with the potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative team, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Role Details: * Contract: ASAP until Monday 31st March (inclusive), with a view to continue * Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00-12:00 & 14:00-17:00 * Patient Load: 15 patients AM & PM (self-generated admin) * Location: Covering two sites * System: System One * Support: Experienced GP available for support if required Key Responsibilities: * Managing a structured patient list with a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations * Confidently handling telephone triage and assessing patient needs effectively * Working closely with a diverse clinical and administrative team to ensure high-quality patient care * Contributing to a collaborative and innovative approach to primary care delivery The Practice: * Stable GP partnership with a patient list of 28,000 * Strong QOF achievements and a focus on high-quality patient care * Multidisciplinary team including MSK specialists, ANPs, Social Prescribers, Clinical Pharmacists, and a Neighbourhood Team * Supported by a structured management team covering operations, compliance, patient services, finance, HR, and safeguarding * Active involvement in teaching and training, recognised for excellence in medical education This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified GP to gain valuable experience in a well-supported and progressive environment
