A leading private hospital in London is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join their state-of-the-art Cardiac ITU Unit. As the UK's largest private critical care unit, this hospital provides specialist care to level 2 and 3 patients, with cutting-edge technology to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
  • Act as a deputy to the Sister/Charge Nurse, offering leadership and support to the team.
  • Manage a complex caseload, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medication, manage ventilation systems, and monitor life-support equipment.
  • Provide emotional and professional support to patients and their families.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration.
  • Extensive ICU/ITU experience, ideally within Cardiac or General ITU.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to step up in the absence of senior staff.
  • Completed 60 credits Adult Critical Care/Intensive Care Course.
