Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Act as a deputy to the Sister/Charge Nurse, offering leadership and support to the team.
- Manage a complex caseload, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medication, manage ventilation systems, and monitor life-support equipment.
- Provide emotional and professional support to patients and their families.
What You’ll Bring:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration.
