You will be part of an elite multidisciplinary unit dedicated to the care of an 80-year-old principal. Unlike most private roles, we operate a strict double-nurse shift protocol—ensuring you are never the sole practitioner on duty and always have immediate peer support.

You will work under the expert guidance of a Western Trained Lead Doctor and in tandem with Western Trained Physiotherapists. Your responsibilities focus on high-level medical coordination and chronic condition management as the team moves through prestigious locations including Marbella, the Algarve, Mallorca, Ibiza, Greece, Monaco, and the Côte d’Azur. This is the ideal environment for a nurse who values professional rigor within a private setting.

Requirements

  • Academic Background: Must hold a 4-year BSN from a recognized Western institution.
  • Hospital Experience: Minimum of 4 years in recent acute care (Emergency, Intensive Care, or equivalent).
  • Language: High-level English proficiency (C1 or Native speaker).
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel internationally on a permanent basis.
  • Support: Directed by a Lead Doctor with specialized physiotherapy support.
  • Living: Complimentary private lodging is included.
  • Logistics: 30 days of paid holiday; all international professional transit is employer-funded.
  • Screening: Secure video calls will be used for all interview stages.
