The Mission

We are accepting applications for a premier medical position aboard a private superyacht. Your primary duty is the 1:1 clinical oversight of an 80-year-old VIP principal. The vessel is scheduled for a serene and nature-focused itinerary along the French Mediterranean Coast. You will manage the client's care while the yacht explores the protected marine parks of Porquerolles, the golden islands of Hyères, and the dramatic limestone cliffs of the Calanques National Park (Cassis). This role demands a practitioner who can provide hospital-grade vigilance in remote, pristine anchorages.

The Team

  • Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor who oversees all care plans and emergency logistics.
  • Physiotherapy Staff: Dedicated specialists managing the client's mobility and physical therapy.
  • Nursing Team: A collaborative unit of Western-trained nurses providing peer support and handover.

The Safety

To ensure the highest standards of patient safety and nurse well-being, this role operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never be the sole practitioner on duty; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with transfers, medication verification, and to ensure you have structured rest periods.

The Process

  • Step 1: Evaluation of CV and clinical credentials.
  • Step 2: Secure Online Video Interview (Zoom/Teams).
  • Step 3: Job Offer and travel arrangements. (No travel is required for the interview stage).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-accredited university.
  • Experience: Essential 4+ years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care, ICU, ER, or A&E.
  • Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with the medical lead.
  • Profile: A resilient, professional demeanor with the ability to maintain strict discretion in a luxury environment.

Benefits

  • Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
  • Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters (Single Occupancy) within the crew area.
  • Leave: 30 days of paid annual leave.
  • Inclusions: All flights, transfers, medical insurance, and on-board living expenses (meals, uniforms, toiletries) are fully covered.

Qualified candidates based in the UK are encouraged to apply immediately for this French coastal rotation.
