The Mission

We are appointing a clinical expert for a bespoke medical residency aboard a private superyacht. Your core responsibility is the 1:1 nursing management of an 80-year-old VIP principal. The vessel is charting a course for the emerald waters of Northern Greece, specifically the exclusive Halkidiki Peninsula. You will oversee the client's health regimen while the yacht navigates the luxury marinas of Sani (Kassandra), the pristine bays of Sithonia, and cruises along the spiritual coastline of Mount Athos. This role requires a nurse capable of delivering acute-level care in a region known for its remote beauty and high-end privacy.

The Team

  • Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor who coordinates all health strategies and emergency planning.
  • Physiotherapy Team: On-board specialists ensuring the client's daily mobility and physical maintenance.
  • Nursing Staff: A cohesive unit of Western-trained nurses providing mutual operational support.

The Safety

To ensure clinical vigilance and prevent burnout, this role strictly adheres to a Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never be the sole practitioner on duty; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with complex care tasks, manual handling, and to ensure you have adequate rest periods.

The Process

  • Step 1: Comprehensive review of CV and clinical portfolio.
  • Step 2: Secure Online Video Interview (Zoom/Teams).
  • Step 3: Contract finalization and embarkation. (No travel is required for the interview stage).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-accredited institution.
  • Experience: Essential 4+ years of post-graduate experience in ICU, ER, or A&E (Acute Care).
  • Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is mandatory for safety and communication.
  • Profile: A discreet, resilient professional capable of blending into a formal yacht crew environment.

Benefits

  • Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
  • Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters (Single Occupancy) in the crew area.
  • Leave: 30 days of paid annual leave.
  • Inclusions: All travel, visas, medical insurance, and on-board living costs (meals, uniforms, toiletries) are fully covered.

Qualified candidates based in Yorkshire and the North are encouraged to apply immediately for this Greek rotation.
