The Mission: Elevate your career with a defining role in private maritime healthcare. You will provide dedicated 1:1 clinical oversight for an 80-year-old VIP principal aboard an ultra-luxury superyacht. While your primary duty is exacting medical care, your backdrop will be the sun-drenched Mediterranean. Expect a cruising itinerary that includes the glittering marinas of Cannes, the vibrant nightlife of Ibiza, and the emerald waters of Corfu.

The Team: You will integrate into a Tier-1 medical department led by a distinguished Lead British Doctor. Supported by a resident physiotherapy team and a collaborative, Western-trained nursing squad, you will ensure seamless continuity of care at sea.

The Safety: We are committed to sustainable excellence. A strict double-nurse shift rotation (12/12) is in place to guarantee comprehensive 24/7 patient oversight while ensuring you have ample rest and downtime to recharge.

The Process: Discreet and efficient. All initial interviews are conducted remotely via a secure online platform.

Requirements:

  • Education: Western Accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in Critical Care or Acute settings (ICU/ER/A&E).
  • Language: Native or C1 Certified English fluency.
