Responsibilities
- Oversee active clinical execution in anesthesia and critical care.
- Lead specialized critical care teams and manage complex therapeutic pathways.

Qualifications
- Definitive Tier-1 board certification (e. g., FRCA/CCT/CCST from the UK, American/Canadian Board, or equivalent Western fellowship) with a minimum of 6 years of post-consultancy experience.
- Documented expertise in complex anesthesia management, acute perioperative care, and advanced intensive care protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
- Tax‑free base compensation of £290,000 to £375,000 per annum, with no local deductions.
