We are recruiting for a permanent 1:1 care role where you will never practice in isolation; operations run on a structured double-nurse shift system, meaning a qualified peer is always on duty alongside you. The clinical unit is directed by a Western-trained Lead Physician and bolstered by specialized Western-trained Physiotherapists. Your core duties focus on strict medication management, comprehensive chronic condition monitoring, and seamless medical coordination as the vessel transits through elite Mediterranean hubs including Marbella, Monaco, Greece, the Algarve, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Côte d’Azur.

Requirements

  • Credentials: Completed a Western-accredited, 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Registration: Maintained active professional nursing registration.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of recent background operating in high-acuity acute hospital departments (such as the Intensive Care Unit or Emergency Department).
  • Languages: Proficient, fluent command of English.
  • Travel: Total readiness to accommodate international travel demands.
  • Remuneration: Tax-exempt yearly salary ranging between £60,000 GBP and £90,000 GBP.
  • Accommodation: Private, cost-free housing supplied on-site.
