The appointment favours a maternity nurse used to sole responsibility for a newborn, and trust is built on documented standards. Expect periods abroad with the family each year so newborn and maternal care stays unbroken. Our part is to introduce you and to check your credentials in full; employment sits with the family alone. Requirements The family requires a clinician who relocates alone: the appointment is live-in and single-status, with a start within six weeks and the flexibility to travel with the family at any time. Experienced maternity nurse, holding current UK or European registration. A record of 3+ years in practice is expected, preferably gained outside a large institution. Training and registration must be British or European, and our checks begin there. Confident English, written and spoken, is expected, and you will sign a confidentiality agreement. We confirm your registration directly with the regulator, and two professional references are taken by telephone. Benefits Salary is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within the family's residence, and flights for your move are covered too. Leave is agreed with the family and paid, and the family also pays for trips home. Nothing is left implied: you and the family agree the pay date and the notice period. Engagement essentials Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
