Step out of the traditional ward and aboard a luxury private vessel. We are hiring a Superyacht RN in Bath for an incredible Mediterranean clinical journey providing 1:1 care.
Trade the fluorescent lights of the hospital for the sunlit decks of a magnificent private superyacht. We are currently searching for an adventurous, highly skilled registered nurse to take on a permanent assignment, delivering dedicated 1:1 healthcare to an 80-year-old VIP principal.
This is an unparalleled opportunity to blend exceptional clinical practice with world-class travel. Your new working environment spans breathtaking global estates and the open sea, with an active sailing itinerary covering Greece, Monaco, the Côte d’Azur, Ibiza, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.
While the backdrop is glamorous, the clinical standards are rigorous. You will take charge of complex medical coordination, meticulously manage daily medication regimens, and continuously monitor chronic conditions.
Crucially, you will enjoy the peace of mind that comes with our strict double-nurse shift protocol—meaning you will always have a fellow RN by your side and will never face clinical challenges alone. Furthermore, your practice is completely supported by an esteemed Western-trained Lead Doctor and expert Western-trained Physiotherapists.
Requirements- A 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree obtained from a Western-accredited academic institution.
- A minimum of 4 years of recent, high-intensity clinical background in acute hospital settings (such as the ER or ICU).
- Exceptional English language fluency (Native speaker or officially certified C1 Advanced).
- Complete lifestyle flexibility and an eagerness to embrace continuous, unrestricted international travel.
- £60,000 GBP per annum, guaranteed completely tax-free.
- Premium private accommodation provided for the duration of the role at absolutely no personal cost.
- 30 days of paid annual leave to rest and recharge.
- All work-related international flights and transit expenses are fully covered by the employer.
- A streamlined, highly convenient video-call interview process.
