- Assist residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.

- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
Qualifications and Skills
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential we value a compassionate heart and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with residents and colleagues.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
