About the Role

We are now looking for a talented Specialist Pharmacist to join our team. As a Specialist Pharmacist, you will act as the pharmacy subject matter expert across MRN projects involving investigational products and medication management, helping to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality delivery across our services. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist with clinical trials experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in supporting innovative trial delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the pharmacy SME for investigational product and medication‑related matters across MRN projects.
  • Support compliant and effective pharmacy practices across trial delivery, including risk review, documentation and operational support.
  • Provide expert input into proposals, RFIs, change‑in‑scope activity, study documentation and client/project discussions.
  • Support pharmacy vendor qualification, internal process development, audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Experience, And Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience working in a clinical research environment, either in a hospital, site, sponsor, CRO or R&D setting.
  • Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP); GMP knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Where: This role will be office based (hybrid working options are available).

Contract Type: This is a Full‑Time, Permanent position.
