We specialize in customizing the design of our solutions to optimize trial protocols and accelerate timelines. By engaging and empowering research sites and patients we increase trial recruitment and enrolment rates and improve site and patient engagement and retention around the globe.

About the role

The Business Development Alliance Manager – S&PS will generate new business for the Site and Patient Services (S&PS) Business Unit from both new and existing customers, ensuring all opportunities are appropriately handled to maximize win rates, service uptake, revenue and customer retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining & building relationships within all target organizations
  2. Generate new sales leads and opportunities, leading to closure
  3. Bid defense preparation, management & conduct
  4. Cold calling & networking to build new accounts

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

We are looking for talented individuals who thrive in a very busy environment. Highly analytical, self-motivated and have skills in influencing and persuading.

Essential qualifications include:

  1. University or college degree in life science, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent relevant discipline.
  2. Extensive experience in the drug development industry 4yrs +
  3. Prior sales experience 3yrs +
  4. Strong technical and problem solving skills, highly computer literate
  5. Excellent attention to detail and quality
  6. Excellent organizational, planning, resource and general management skills

Where: United Kingdom with remote working options available

Contract type: This is a full-time, permanent position
