You’ll lead delivery at a strategic level, shaping how transformation is executed across the organisation, work on high-impact initiatives, and play a key role in ensuring that strategic ambition is converted into sustainable business results, providing the leadership, challenge, and delivery oversight needed to progress transformation at pace while maintaining focus on outcomes, adoption, and benefits realisation.
