Here at MPS we are looking for a Pricing Analystto join our Underwriting and Pricing Team based in Leeds in a full time, permanent position. You\'ll take charge of shaping data-driven pricing strategies across the UK & Ireland portfolio and play a key role in driving sustainable growth and securing our financial future—making every pricing decision count towards our long-term success.

Role Responsibility
As our new Pricing Analyst, you will also:
- Undertake regular, detailed portfolio monitoring to identify pockets of over and under performance from which to drive appropriate pricing analyses.
- Complete regular analysis in order to set subscriptions appropriately & accurately across MPS worldwide business and make sure that appropriate controls are incorporated into process. Ensure the final rates are set and go live is achieved.
- Support the development and delivery of the divisional strategy to plan, cost and quality
- Provide peer review and support to pricing analysts to reinforce desired culture and delivery of strategic priorities
- Delivery of MPS pricing strategy ensuring the sustainability of MPS through a robust technical pricing methodology which is then informed by market and competitive insight to result in the final retail price (subscriptions) taken to market

We are looking for:
- Keen analytical and problem solving skills with a flair for data analysis and interrogating information
- SQL experience in manging and manipulating data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a mix of technical and non technical stakeholders

Package Description
Alongside a competitive salary of £28,756 + DOE,you will also receive:
