You’ll operate at an enterprise level—working across multiple initiatives, teams, and functions to create alignment, manage interdependencies, remove barriers, and maintain momentum. You’ll lead delivery at a strategic level, shaping how transformation is executed across the organisation, work on high-impact initiatives, and play a key role in ensuring that strategic ambition is converted into sustainable business results, providing the leadership, challenge, and delivery oversight needed to progress transformation at pace while maintaining focus on outcomes, adoption, and benefits realisation.
As our new Transformation Delivery Manager, you will also:
- Drive delivery across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring change translates into tangible business outcomes.
- Create alignment across teams, workstreams, and stakeholders, bringing clarity and focus to complex change environments.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and constraints, proactively resolving obstacles and maintaining delivery momentum.
- Use insight and performance data to improve delivery effectiveness, inform decision-making, and increase transparency.
- Ensure change is successfully embedded into operational teams, supporting adoption and benefits realisation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to balance competing priorities and maintain focus on strategic objectives.
- Champion a value-driven, member-focused approach to transformation delivery.
We are looking for:
- Significant experience leading complex business transformation across multiple initiatives, teams, and stakeholders.
- A background in transformation delivery, portfolio delivery, strategic change, value stream leadership, or enterprise-wide change management.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Strong experience managing dependencies and coordinating delivery across business and technology functions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment without relying on hierarchy.
- Strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches and how to apply them pragmatically.
- A data-driven, collaborative, and outcomes-focused mindset.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements. We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and strive to create a work environment which ensures everyone can be heard.
In return, we can offer you:
- Discretionary on-target bonus of 10%. Up to a max 20% based on performance.
- 11% pension contribution (3% from you, 8% from us – optional additional matched 3% contributions, e.g. 6% from you, 11% from us).
- 25 days annual leave.
- Flexible public holidays and option to buy/sell additional leave.
- Private Medical Cover.
- Salary Sacrifice scheme.
- 6x salary death in service.
- Holistic health and wellbeing support package.
- A truly flexible hybrid-working arrangement.
- A culture that promotes inclusivity, wellbeing and rewards hard work.
