We’re looking for a Pricing & Data Science Analyst to join our team and help deliver data-driven pricing, modelling, and analytical solutions across our UK & Ireland portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full pricing lifecycle — from data extraction and modelling through to implementation and monitoring — supporting sustainable growth, strong underwriting performance, and excellent member outcomes.

As our new Pricing and Data Science Analyst (UK&I), you will also:

  • Develop and maintain pricing models, data science solutions, and pricing systems (including emulators)
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret membership, claims, and financial data to inform pricing decisions
  • Support technical and retail pricing activities, including subscription setting and pricing reviews
  • Deliver clear, data-led insights and recommendations to pricing and governance forums
  • Monitor portfolio and model performance, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Produce monthly renewal monitoring and performance analysis across key KPIs
  • Build and maintain pricing tools to support underwriting decisions and delegated authority frameworks
  • Apply predictive modelling techniques (e.g. GLMs) to enhance pricing accuracy and insight
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionise models and deliver system changes
  • Support transformation initiatives and the development of future pricing frameworks and capabilities

We are looking for:

  • Strong numerical degree (or equivalent analytical experience)
  • Solid understanding of pricing, analytics, and data science principles
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills (modelling, pivots, VBA)
  • Coding capability (SQL, Python, R, or SAS)
  • Knowledge of statistical and predictive modelling techniques
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience delivering pricing or analytics work in a commercial or regulated environment

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements. We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and strive to create a work environment which ensures everyone can be heard.

In return, we can offer you:

  • Discretionary on-target bonus of 10%. Up to a max 20% based on performance
  • 11% pension contribution (3% from you, 8% from us – optional additional matched 3% contributions, e.g. 6% from you, 11% from us)
  • 25 days annual leave. Flexible public holidays and option to buy/sell additional leave
  • Private Medical Cover
  • Car Salary Sacrifice scheme
  • 6x salary death in service
  • Holistic health and wellbeing support package
  • A truly flexible hybrid-working arrangement
  • A culture that promotes inclusivity, wellbeing and rewards hard work
