We're looking for a Finance Systems Assistant to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting and developing our core finance systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, supporting colleagues, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. You'll help deliver the Finance division's systems strategy, ensuring our finance systems are well maintained, effectively supported, and continuously improved. Working closely with finance colleagues, system users, and third-party suppliers, you'll help maximise the value of our systems while supporting change and innovation across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide first-line support for key finance systems, resolving queries and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Support month-end activities, reporting, and ledger close processes.
- Assist and document testing system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes.
- Contribute to lean system development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support training sessions and drop-in clinics for system users.
- Build strong working relationships with finance teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and system partners.
