We're looking for a highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Executive Directors and Senior Leadership Teams.
This is a pivotal role within the Chief Executive Office, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers and make a tangible impact on the effectiveness of the organisation.
About the Role As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class administrative, organisational, and executive support to senior leaders.
You'll take ownership of complex diaries, coordinate meetings and communications, manage competing priorities, and ensure executives have the support they need to focus on strategic leadership and business delivery.
You'll become a trusted partner to executives, using sound judgement, discretion, and initiative to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing complex and demanding diaries, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistical requirements.
- Preparing presentations, reports, briefing papers, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Managing executive inboxes and ensuring timely responses to communications.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Supporting Executive Directors and Senior Leadership Teams with meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
- Building effective working relationships across departments and with external organisations.
- Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
- Taking meeting notes and tracking actions to ensure commitments are delivered.
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service to senior stakeholders and colleagues. You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative support role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating business needs.
- Strong administrative and document management skills.
This is more than a traditional PA role.
You'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and support the delivery of organisational priorities.
