The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
Alongside a competitive salary of up to £40,000, you will also receive:

As our Copywriter, you’ll create impactful, insight driven copy across print, digital, social, email, and advertising by producing original copy that strengthens campaigns and brand communications. You’ll champion our house style and tone of voice across all markets, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong brand expression in every piece of content.
Working closely with the Art Director and Designers, you’ll help shape cohesive, high performing creative concepts and push boundaries across brand and tactical campaigns. In this fast paced environment, you’ll deliver high quality work and collaborate confidently with internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating high-quality, insight led copy and persuasive messaging for campaigns, brand communications, digital channels, advertising, and multi-channel content.
- Developing strong conceptual ideas in partnership with our Art Director and Designers.
- Owning and evolving our house style and tone of voice, ensuring clarity, consistency and standout brand expression.
- Writing, editing and proofreading copy that is accurate, compliant and aligned to objectives.
- Challenging briefs to ensure messaging is member centric, insight driven and strategically sound.
- Collaborating with marketing, digital, creative and content teams to deliver cohesive, high performing communications.
- Managing your own workload effectively, ensuring work is delivered to deadline.
- Providing informal guidance to colleagues to uplift writing capability across the organisation.
- Identifying and escalating any risks related to accuracy, regulatory compliance or brand governance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a copywriter working on multichannel advertising and marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital copywriting.
- An understanding of what makes effective copy and the ability to think strategically to ensure it supports wider campaign goals.
- Passionate about writing, self-driven, solution-focused, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Ideas focused with experience collaborating in a creative team or partnership to develop concepts and turn them into fully integrated campaigns that deliver results.
- Understand the importance of consistency, house style guide, and tone of voice, and you’ll be proud to take on the role of brand guardian.
- Experience working as part of a creative team in either an agency or in-house role.
