We’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our dynamic Case Handling team in a Dental Case Manager role. Role Responsibility

  • Deliver timely, high-quality case handling in line with policies, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Use sound judgement to advise members and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring members feel supported at every step.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in internal initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven ability to manage a varied workload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using case management or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology or experience in healthcare/legal settings (desirable but not essential).
