The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to maximise operational effectiveness. Facilitate & coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, and ensure that key decisions and actions are documented and communicated effectively. Provide efficient, effective and confidential cross departmental administrative support to ensure KPIs and service levels are met. Ensure data integrity and completion of tasks in software systems provided where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in Shared Service Operations and/or support/office administration
  • Proactive management of workload to pre-empt requirements from stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple activities
