Year on year, we deliver quality, efficiency and value for money across RTA, Industrial Disease, Military and Housing Conditions Claims and will continue to provide reporting services the only way we know how – the MLA way! The business is a B2B provider of expert witness reports, for use in civil claims. Our main customers are solicitors’ firms and insurance companies.
The role will be the main marketing contact for the business and will work across all relevant channels e.g. digital, social, CRM, websites and PR in addition to organising and participating in events balancing both day to day marketing activity and long-term brand growth. We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Executive to plan, lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, data-oriented, and capable of managing multiple marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Strategy & Creation: Structure, draft, and optimise high-quality content across all social channels. Confident and skilled in producing both graphics and videos. Exceptional copywriting, editing, and content creation abilities. LinkedIn presence is important and a priority for the Marketing Executive to deliver and maintain regular updates and newsworthy content to promote MLA services.
- Copywriting: Producing creative and newsworthy blogs and marketing campaigns.
- Direct Mail Campaigns: Management of the mailing lists, production of the campaigns, delivery and results reporting.
- Event Support & Planning: Creating a promotional plan, managing invitations/RSVPs, and setting up registration systems. Management of the entire lifecycle of an event, from initial conception and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Marketing Assets Management: Create branded templates and produce brochures.
- Proactive/Initiative: Independently manage marketing requests effectively across all departments within the business and able to prioritise in line with business demands.
- Brand Equity & Credibility: Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot and Google, reinforcing client care and managing the MLA online reputation. Complete general digital marketing and administrative duties as required to support the business overall strategy.
- Industry Award Submissions: To manage all potential industry awards submissions relevant for our business and plan for key opportunities and future exposure for MLA.
- Creating/Generating Leads: Capturing inbound interest by effective use of content. Cultivating prospects and nurturing MLA brand awareness into interest for the Sales team. Running Targeted Campaigns using ads or content to reach a specific audience. Driving Engagement and encouraging actions like form submissions, downloads, or sign-ups.
Proven expertise, 3+ years in a Marketing Executive role in a similar fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple content priorities. Effective copywriting skills, strong writing fundamentals with strategic marketing knowledge, requiring research, clarity, conciseness, and persuasion to connect with audiences and drive action. Use of platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and PR. Proven experience in managing end-to-end event operations to deliver seamless, high-impact events would bring extra benefit to this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years Marketing Executive experience.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation.
- High standard of graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools).
- Understanding of branding and consumer behaviour.
