The role: This is a leadership role within the business. The ideal candidate would be an expert in marketing and lead generation, with a high level of experience in driving B2C sales. If this is you, then MLA wants to speak to you.
Joining our lively and committed team based in Liverpool, the role involves:
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and continually develop B2C website and sales portal
- Develop marketing strategies to drive B2C sales, to meet agreed sales targets
- Identify and manage third-party lead generation partner companies
- Plan and manage full digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyse data related to marketing performance
- Manage social media content for the brands
- Produce reports on marketing activity and results
- Manage, develop and promote the brand, to build brand awareness
- Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, focused on digital first but also with traditional methods
- Assist with all areas of marketing, within the business as required
Qualifications:
- All round marketing experience with a digital-first approach
- Previous experience at a high level, in B2C marketing
- Experience in lead generation and marketing funnels
- Experienced in managing email marketing campaigns
- Experience in paid social media, creating ads, creating copy and managing budgets
- Stakeholder management experience and ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally
- Proactive approach to tasks, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
- Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills including production, presentation and analysis of MI
- Ability to work under pressure and a desire to succeed
- Team player with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
