You’ll work on a fascinating caseload of clinical negligence files at the earliest stage focusing on assessment, analysis and decision‑making, rather than settlement targets. Just pure legal thinking, high‑level vetting and meaningful work that drives quality across the business. You’ll review leads vetted by our Nurse Team and our AI tool SIDSS, ensuring only cases with real merit move forward. You'll also provide critical legal insight to support the wider Group teams. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing & auditing clinical negligence leads from nurses + SIDSS
  • Accepting RA1 cases that meet our criteria
  • Determining date of knowledge & limitation periods in Proclaim
  • Supporting and training MLS and Fletchers lawyers
  • Helping develop and refine the SIDSS system
  • Providing legal guidance and assisting with case progression
